All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Open-SPM.com. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any intellectual property owned by Open-SPM.com.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on the Chrome Web Store or within the Extension. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Deleware, NJ USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
